Over the last few years, a number of books have been published that contain phrases, or descriptions that can be used to describe employee performance during the performance review discussions. One of those is my own book, Perfect Phrases for Performance Reviews : Hundreds of Ready-to-Use Phrases That Describe Your Employees' Performance, published by McGraw-Hill, and one of the best sellers on the topic on amazon.
