Performance Management Services Overview

May We Recommend...

Over the last 25 years I've had the opportunity to help a number of organizations in their struggles to make performance management and performance appraisals add value to the organization, the manager, and the employee. After a number of years semi-retired from public appearances I am now, once again, available, to help your organization, through a number of services, ranging from extremely short interventions, to longer seminars and training.

My approach is fairly unique, because it's based on two major principles, outlined in our philosophy:

1) That our role is to help organizations become self-sustaining in terms of improving how they manage performance (in other words, put us out of a job),

2) That our services should be cost effective, so as to make them available to all sorts of organizations, from small business to not-for-profits, and large companies.

Please use the top menu under "services" for more details.

We Believe

  • Performance management and appraisal MUST be a partnership between manager and employee where BOTH benefit.
  • Performance management can be the lever for improved employee engagement.
  • The review process is the LEAST important part of performance management
  • If managers aren't managing employee performance, why are they there?
