Costs and Fees For Performance Management Services

May We Recommend...

It's natural that prospective customers want to know what things will cost, and I can guarantee you that if you contract with us, you'll have a firm cost. However, it's not possible to quote you costs for most of our services without knowing what you need or want.

One reason is that we customize everything.

Not to worry, though, because I can explain how we charge, and the principles to which we abide.

From Your Perspective

  • If you contract with us for any of our performance management help services, we try to make sure you know exactly what you will be paying, and you will know upfront. There can be some exceptions, particularly with consulting services which sometimes alter mid-stream when clients want to change the process.  We do it this way, because customers should know what they will be paying, upfront.
  • Training fees are based on a flat rate, usually on a per session basis. We do not charge on a per person basis. We don't charge on an hourly basis, since customers shouldn't be penalized if we are slow to get work done, and we shouldn't be penalized because we're really efficient. We don't charge extra for needs assessment, developing the custom designed content or course materials. In other words, we keep it simple.
  • One-To-One Coaching is a new service, and our plan is to charge on a modified per hour rate of time. Stay tuned.

Flexible Pricing On Performance Management Services

Because our clients come from so many different sectors, geographic areas, and have such differing needs, we use a flexible negotiated pricing model. That means that we often ask clients what's reasonable for them to pay for the specific service, and negotiate around that.

Here's why: If you are a small business, or let's say a charitable organization, it seems reasonable to make our performance management services available, particularly when price can be a barrier. For example, we've done work for clients on performance management for as little as $300, but don't get your hopes up! We've also done work at over ten times that price.

We have bills to pay, of course, but we want you to get the help you need, and if that means flexing to your budget issues, we'll do that, as best we can.

So, we'll work with you to come up with numbers that work for everyone.
