Biggest Error Most Companies Are Making With Employee Ratings
You'd think people would know better, but over and over companies are acting as if employee ratings can be summed up to "summarize" the value of employees into one number. Rating scales do not have the proper arithmetic qualities to allow them to be summed, so the final number means absolutely nothing.
