Probably one of the best selling books on the topic of motivating employees and written by well known psychologist and consultant, Aubrey Daniels.
Because this is written by a psychologist, it is a good counter-balance to the "pop psychology" work of Alfie Kohn, whose work on rewards is very flawed.
If you do not like the idea of focusing and rewarding BEHAVIOUR don't buy this book. If you are comfortable with an approach that is time tested, get this!
